i know the three point shooting is crazy now but 18 three point attempts by one person is pretty nuts.

Hoping everyone will be healthy for game 3. Could be a great series if teams at full strength.

Welp...looks like Jimmy's injury is very serious. Even his agent is asking for some prayer. JK will be activated.

That's a mirage. Leasts will disappoint again I promise you. I loathe the Leafs. I don't know why people outside of Toronto loves that team. It's a friggin cult their fans. Last time they won we just won WWII. People who saw them win are ghosts now. I would argue Oilers or Canadiens have a greater story to their franchises.

I guess based on this post people either loathe or love them.

Anyway, seeing as how they play Ottawa at least one Canadian team is guaranteed to advance.

Yeah. Leafs were winning in ancient era when there were only a few teams. Canadiens have a greater tradition of winning. Oilers' dominance and wins in the modern era just seems more impressive to me.

Leafs milked their rabid fanbase and rested on their laurels without trying to build a winning team for decades. They are the richest team in hockey. like Knicks or Lakers, just prints money regardless of losing seasons. And the owners never made a serious effort at building a team. It was always a gimmick hire at coach or big name trade or free agency to keep fan interest but not real team building. Fan base finally got sick of it and in the last 15 years the owners have attempted to build proper way. But they've lost me. I'm cynical. Something is lacking with these teams. It's like heart or the ability to shine in big moments.

They won't impress me until they win one.

Jalen has some games that he was more efficient, he had a lot of heat check attempts last night..

If jalen had his hit strek during the playoffs i wouldnt be surprised if houston get to wcf..only minny and okc's depth will obliterate houston

I'm seeing mixed reports online, but Jimmy Butler can't miss Game 3 with a butt bruise, right? He's still got tomorrow to rest. It's not like he's gonna get a serious injury from re-injuring it. And he's one of the toughest players ever. Can't he just get a shot or something?

Pain tolerance and the Rockets are a physical team. He may dress, but not actually play. Hard to say. They'll be doing treatment I'm sure up until gametime.

Butler already got his last big contract, eh? They won't announce he's fully healthy or if playing, will be part of the strategy, but will definitely suit up.

The collective head loss of the Warriors fans has been a sight to behold.

There’s trash fans/people that support every team. I wouldn’t make it out to an entire fan base.

Don't disagree. Lord know we have our own fair share of nutjobs in the Rockets fanbase. I'm just saying, the reaction to this game I've seen from Warriors fan in various spaces, reddit, twitter, even here to an extent etc has been wild.

I'm always down for laughing at the leafs...they are what people accuse Knicks fans of being...but the 60s were two decades after the end of WWII.

Here's my analysis: a deep pelvic muscle contusion (bruise) and/or a sacrum/tailbone bruise that occurred on Wednesday April 23rd, will be unbearable through at least a week, if he's a fast healer (blood flow and natural capillaries repair etc).
For a typical person, one won't be able to walk properly for at least 2-3 weeks.

Hopefully if he is a fast healer, he'll be back in time to be effectively mobile (not 100% though, he'll still feel lot of pain) by the ten-day mark which puts it on Saturday May 3rd.

So we should hope he is back in the playoffs by Game 7 Sunday May 4th.

I've heard it through the grapevine..NBA gods have already designated Los Angeles LAKERS as NBA Champions in near future. The destiny is real. TRUST ME.

If Jimmy can play through the pain (He's from H-Town, he ain't a punk), his whistle will still be intact. This isn't shade, he's just really good with subtle upfakes and creating contact in a manner that gets him to the line. That whistle alone is invaluable to the dubs.

How can he be robbed when the award is completely based on stats. Hart wasn't even in the top 5.
