I don’t see how Jaxson Hayes shove of Crowder was much worse than this. And Hayes got a flagrant 2 ejection for that,

But this is a no call?

It just further demonstrates that the entire flagrant/review process is stupid.

It should never result in an ejection unless it is completely undeniably terrible or a 2nd technical, like it used to be.

Because they're vastly different plays?

I get people hate Jae, and seems Suns don't have many fans outside of AZ. But saying those two plays are similar is a joke.

Jae probably should get a foul there. Flagrant is ridiculous

Why? I can say it was Jae’s intent to slam/injure Luka into the ground (just like people assumed Haye’s intent).

How is that a basketball play? It’s not even close.

Should probably get a foul? Lmao. Since when is it ever not a foul to push a (defenseless) player to the ground??

Just like people said it was Haye’s intent to hurt Jae or whatever. They assumed intent. But Jae had no intent here?

if you go to watch the Hayes play from all angles, Crowder sees him coming and exaggerated the contact as usual.

It’s very subjective. But if you don’t think this is even certainly a foul on Luka, you’re not being honest with yourself.

Hayes full on sprint tackled crowder vs a one hand standing push.

If you don't see the difference then I'm not even going to waste time discussing it with you.

Some **** kid put their hands on Paul's mom and shoved his wife?

The NBA is a disgrace and Cuban should be fined.

Damn. I wonder if cp3 will really see him later! The kids mom seemed more scared than the kid. Pathetic.

It's very horrible that someone tried to mess with CP3's family, but I think it's also pretty ridiculous that he even brought his family to an away game, after being blown out the previous game by 20, and after mocking (together with Booker) Luka's defense... What the hell did he expect? A nice family game? At the very least they would get insulted... He was lucky this is Dallas, if it was in the Balkans...

If you're going to excuse fans assaulting a players family you're a bigger POS than they are. Trash talking and getting physical with a players family arem't remotely close.

Bob didn't excuse that at all. Calling him a POS feels way out of line.

Comparing trash talking to assaulting ones family seems out if line too.

If this kid really did harass and put hands on CP3s family, then I'm glad he was escorted out. There's no room for that type of behavior as a fan in this sport. I'm not a fan of CP3 but I would never wish ill-will or actually do ill-will against him or any of his family members. That's a line you should never cross as a fan or spectator.

Quote me all you like. It's terrible what happened to CP3's wife, it's also very idiotic he brought his family there. Any person with a reasonable amount of common sense wouldn't want to bring his family to a very "hate like" environment.

If I was the mom, I would have been the one smacking the kid, and I don't smack people, bit that's not going to fly with me as a parent, no chance.

He can't help himself because deep down he thinks that is totally fine especially in the Balkans.

It's the same thing with car accidents. If you keep insisting on your "right of way", like many people do, you might get in the accident. Just let the morons be... I would never bring my family to a place where they could get insulted. Many accidents can be avoided in such a way. ..

Glad to see that the degradation of our society the last few years isn’t limited to America! What a shameful take. You should be embarrassed

I guess now NBA players have to worry about their families on the sideline.

Good job NBA!

So let’s say you’re commissioner for today. What’s your solution?

Depending on your risk tolerance there are several options. You’d obviously consult the security team, NBAPA and other relevant experts. No definate need for a change but acting like it’s some pie in the sky impossibility is too much.

Yeah, well, it wasn't. If as a man you can't keep your emotions in enough check to avoid laying your hands on a couple of women, no matter who they are, you're pretty lame. Hell, anyone really. It's a basketball game, not Thunderdome.
