Gotta Love the Delusional Passion that the Knick fans have lathered themselves into. They are in a no lose situation. This has to be the most hyped 2vs7 series in history. The reality of it all from a Bulls fans perspective is: Knicks are better than a normal 7 seed, they present some matchup problems for the Heat and will play hard for at least the first 3 games. The Heat should be on a mission. They simply wouldn't survive a series loss in the 1st round. The fallout would shred their team and label them as all-time chokers. They wont let that happen. The Heat will be relentless and the Knicks will quit after 3 games. Maybe a hot Melo and crazy 3point shooting will win them a game or 2. But I say Heat in 5.

So essentially this series boils down to this to me, the Knicks have nothing to lose really. Everyone outside of NY is expecting the Knicks to get crushed easily. The Knicks have been playing some phenomenal basketball under Woodson, these aren't the early season Knicks. Yeah the entire season counts, but lets not kid ourselves into thinking that this is the same team.

I expect every game in this series to be a tight one, can't see either team blowing the other one out. Heat are nursing some alleged nagging injuries, Knicks are nursing some nagging injuries. Knicks can play defense, Heat can play defense. Both teams can light it up from beyond the arc, two of the games best shooters in this series.

All the pressure is on the Heat, the Knicks wanted this series and now lets see which Knicks show up.
