Yeah..............................

the only difference was wallace was one dimensional and past his prime. iggy is a good fit

Mehhhhhhhhhhh you might want to go take a look at AI numbers again from last season ...

Lol how old are you? Stats don't always prove what a player does on the court. Sure, the better you numbers are, the "better" players you are, but it's not fantasy basketball, it's real life, and certain players do so much more than what shows up on the stat sheet.

I guess Iggy has nobody to blame but himself if he wasn't ready to tell the Kings yes. Sometimes you have to strike the iron while it is hot.
"Thibs called back and wanted more picks," said Jorge Sedano. "And Pat Riley, literally, I was told, called him a mother-bleeper and hung up the phone."

We have a term for this in Sacramento, it's called getting "Bonzi'd".

It would be hilarious if they didn't look at their twitter feed and realize what a huge mistake they were making and backed out.

It would also be very sad that they were so stupid to begin with.

I'd have to assume they did it so they don't lose out on Tyreke as well.

do you watch Kings basketball?

Comparing Reke's role to Harden's is a mistake in so many ways.

Reke has a low BBall IQ. Sure he can get into the lane but he doesnt possess the ability to kick it out to shooters and make his teammates better.

He hasn't improved in four years. I want guys on this team that can make others better. We are trying to build a different culture and team here. Status quo doesnt make sense.

I was going to try to but I can't really take your post serious when you say something like "tyreke hasn't improved at all in four years"

Then Have the nerve to question my basketball knowledge ..lol

That's clearly a person that dosent know what they're taking about ...

Like I said before ... This has been a real interesting off season .... Lot of teams making some real interesting moves ...we'll see how these fans feel about this action by mid season ... Lol

I'm a huge Tyreke Evans fan. To be honest, if you think that he has improved, you have no idea what you are talking about. Tyreke was awesome his rookie year, and has kept at a steady pace since then. He hasn't improved in anything really. Everything he's able to do now, he was doing it his rookie year, if not better. I'm really hoping we can keep him because I don't believe we have seen the best of Tyreke Evans just yet. He is only 23 years old and I think his best basketball is ahead of him. All he needs is a right coaching staff and players around him. Which is what the Kings are doing right now.

He's learned to play off the ball ... Take better shots and be more efficient ...hell his 3pt% alone is up 8 points from his rookie year ... He's definately gotten better and is only 23 with room to continue to grow..

Pay 12M a year for Evans or 14M for a fringe All-Star type talent....I would rather go with Iggy. Evans has had 4 years to be worth that type of money and he's not, imo.

I did not expect them to pull the offer so quickly, but the Kings have to have their priorities. I guess it is not to be

I'm glad Sac pulled this offer.

1. I want him in Detroit.
2. I like him as a player and don't want him to have huge overpaid tag.
3. Don't want to see him playing for a lottery team/don't want to see a lottery team giving max to 30 year old player.

Well, obviously I don't want him with 4/56. I was hoping to get him 40-50. If Detroit pulls one of rumors and Igoudala, that would make them lock into Playoffs. With only Igoudala, still they would have more chance in the East than Sac would have in the West.

I don't know. There are a lot of teams banking on getting Dwight Howard and only one of them can.

They would have to beat Denver's offer tho which is ~12mil.

it seemed like th actual offer was 4yr/52mil...so the agent leaks a bigger number using sac as leverage for other teams...so sac says no thanks to that

Never said he was perfect ... He has the skills to distribute I think they just need to solidify his role if they bring him back ... I've watched multiple kings games and I can't count how many easy buckets kick out threes etc those fools missed when Reke made a good play with the ball In his hands ... There's two parts of an assist ... The pass AND the finish ..
