I recommend looking into other metrics besides FG%, just citing percentage from the floor does not indicate how efficient someone is. George was slightly below average in that regard - made over three 3's per game and got to the line a decent amount.

Lol @ lebron getting too much credit.

Explains why he lead the league in ws and ws/48 past 2 years. Learn a thing or two before trolling or babbling.

If u take lebrom off the heat right now they would still be a top team
Cole/chalmers
Wade/allen
Battier/lewis
Bosh/beasley
Andersen/haslem

Righ or wrong?what is this team lacking in?

So that teams gonna win a championship?
You take durant off okc, they make the playoffs.
You take Jordan off the bulls (which happened) bulls were ONE shot away from the eastern conference finals. WITHOUT JORDAN.

as I said.. You CLEARLY don't know what you're talking about. Just stop pls. It's starting to get annoying.

My god, they just went through a 7-game series with the Pacers last year with Lebron James constantly bailing them out in numerous situations. This years Pacers is even better than their last year's squad. And not to mention a stronger Nets and Bulls team with Derrick Rose. The current Heat is 2nd round exit (safer to say 1st round considering they won't get a high seed w/o LBJ) at most with only Wade and Bosh. Did you see how Bosh and Wade struggled in the last year's playoffs? Top 3 PF in the East isn't saying much to be honest.

Your highly under estimating dwayne wade...lebron doesnt bail them out...bailing out is like ray allen hitting clutch 3s...lebron does what is expected since he decided he wanted to be the leader of the team...do you know what wade was averaging in the playoffs before bron? Wade was one of the most unstoppable players before he took a backseat to lebron...u must think if lebron went to the west the heat with wade and bosh wouldnt be a top 3 team out east huh?

For all the hype about his elite defense he was still devoured by LeBron in last seasons ECF. The best player on that team is Hibbert for me.

His TS% last season was virtually identical to Pippen's in his third season. His FG% is lower because he shoots a ton of 3's.

Pippen still shot 51.7% from 2's while George shot 45.7%, which is huge.

The biggest thing that seperated them at this stage in their careers was playoff performance. As overrated as Paul George's playoffs were last year, Pippen was a better offensive player by a decent margin as well as being slightly better defensively.

I don't mind the comparison from George to Pippen, as they were similar players, but to me, Pippen was a better player without a doubt. You didn't see anyone claiming Pippen was a top 10 player in the league in his third year in his career.

Pippin wasnt the top defensive assignment like george is now..
Throw george next to kobe and then compare pippen and george..

Pippen proved he was the best 2nd fiddle that ever played the game playing next to a player who played similar to Kobe...

George hasn't been a player who is game planned around as a #1 option. This will be the first year that he will be, so we can't make judgement on how well he does until the all-star game at the earliest.

Also, LOL @ your sig. Do you realize how well Barkley/Hakeem/MJ compliment each other compared to Bron/Bosh/Wade? And are you really comparing Bosh to Barkley/Hakeem?

I think the way they've all reinvented their games, the Big 3 fit really well now actually. That being said, saying George is better than Lebron and putting Bosh (who I love) in the same tier as Mike/Chuck/Hakeem are both laughable. You have to wonder if its a shtick, right? Like, did ThatsWhatIShved get banned and get a new username?
