My body my choice is fine as long as it doesn’t impact other people. When it comes to covid it does . Different than abortion. But you already know that

This is the definition of Misinformation. You can get vaccinated but still get covid and spread it.

Of course you can, but if everyone is vaccinated that wouldn't matter. Instead people have to tippy toe because of anti vaxxers.

It might not be, but the nets and nba and city have a rules-

But as I understand it, you can have it and test negative

Kyrie has done the impossible, he’s brought almost all of realgm together. Knicks fans, Lakers fans, Raptors fans, and Celtics fans all united, to laugh at the Kyrie circus.

It's hard to manage track this stuff for millions and millions of people...the city isn't going to cripple itself and smaller businesses with costly tracking and monitoring that would make showing compliance brutally difficult. This is just common sense stuff. You think it would be easy to track every single working in a city this size?

Don't you still have track who's been vaccinated or not in that same city?

This argument holds no weight because you can get vaxxed and still get it.

You can become infected and spread after the vaccine.

But you’re less likely to (which I’m sure you already knew but chose to ignore)

It eliminates the cost of testing and having players quarantine all the time. If everyone is vaccinated on a team, you don't have to worry about it spreading or players missing time. Life can go on. Either way, this wasn't an NBA or Nets created rule. It was a government one.

What are you talking about. My Saints just missed almost our entire offensive coaching staff(all of whom were vaxxed) week 2 because they all tested positive for covid.

1 photo copy per person vs a daily test per person....you can't possible see these as the same thing. Plus those tests aren't free either. And then what you gotta track your people with and without vaccine papers or not? That would be down right stupid. At some point cities have to be practical don't they?

Well it's not practical to carry all of this out for a virus that has a 99.8 survival rate. Is that not common sense? And for people who aren't elderly, obese, or have 2 or more cormobities is less deadly than the flu. So none of this makes any "common sense" from where I'm looking.

Fact Check: Survival rates for COVID-19 misrepresented in posts

Is everyone on the Saints roster vaccinated? That's probably a big no. The NBA is trying to have everyone vaccinated to avoid such issues again.

The (huge) difference is that vaccination makes it far less likely that I will infect others, putting them in danger of anything from inconvenience to mild illness to severe illness to death.

Says who? The data out of several countries suggests the vaccines aren't nearly as great at preventing infections. Especially after a few months. I'd much rather be in a room of people with negative test than a room for of people that's been vaxxed for half a year.

You do realize this isn't an either/or proposition right? :D :D

Not sure I follow you but For clarity- I’m pro vaccine- and I also think Kyrie has the right to not get vaccinated.

The nets can make rules for this to protect their other players and their families. Bye Kyrie -

1 in about 470 of Americans total has died of Covid so far ( over 700,000 deaths out of 350 million, do the math). Enough with this BS. The virus is real and there is overwhelming evidence showing it’s mainly unvaccinated ( I believe over 95percent)people being hospitalized and dying at this point. And it’s all preventable. Unvaccinated care in hospitals is costing over a billion per month. Reasonable folks who aren’t afraid of a vaccine are sick of dealing with this. The unvaccinated can have their choices, and lose their jobs and places they are allowed to go in society. Too bad, enjoy!
