I agree except it's not Sixers fans saying this. I think Morey has done the best he could considering the circumstances.

At some point we need to just move on from Embiid

I've just looked at his contract. Ouch!! Guaranteed through 27/28 season, last yr $62.6M and then a Player Option for 28/29 at $67.2M

That's the problem, moving on from Embiid is not going to be as easy as it sounds with just about every team dealing with aprons, tax penalties and trade restrictions.

Maybe a 3 team trade Between the Clippers, Orleans and the Sixers?
Embiid goes to Orleans, Ingram and Zion to the Clips and Kawhi reunites with his buddy PG13?

Its just been one of those seasons for philly fans..their big 3 have played less than one game together

2 games out of the 8th seed now, won 4 of 5. And the last 2 losses were games w/o PG and Embiid that they kinda blew (OT vs Houston and lost a late lead vs ORL). Also have back to back games vs CHA coming up.

Embiid came back today too, had no problem with the Bulls today with him back in the lineup. If he plays most of the next month or so they should get back around .500. If not they should still be moving in a better direction.

I mean they were obviously always going to make the playoffs but this roster is super expensive and not built to just make the playoffs. It's built to make a run in the playoffs.

I am sort of waffling on whether we should dump George on a desperate team like the Lakers or stay the course. Honestly don't have an idea of what we should do.
