Yeah they want to turn it up in the altitude but OKC has enough legs that it won't be a huge advantage like it was with the clips or Lakers in the past. Still an advantage

it's plain to see in a rewatch

g1 denver defense was a gimmicky zone.

with that level of study and commitment, thunder is busting that 99/100.

question is: do denver have another zone look to throw?

because it's suicide to go man with their personnel.

I don't see that on the floor. Nuggets play with one speed. Their intensity doesn't really rise that much higher. Right now OKC is playing on another level intensity wise and Nuggets just don't have the kind of players to match it.

If OKC defends Jokic like this, I don’t really know what Denver can do to counter that. Denver doesn’t have the shooters to consistently punish the defense for packing the paint. And Jaylin Williams is actually doing a great job bodying him up.

Denver has seen this look against Jokic and should have been ready for it. They weren't. Braun and MPJ are nowhere.

Unlike the Knicks, Denver can't defend anyone, let alone this team. Only way they come back here is the refs and OKC gets shook due to inexperience.
