Embiid deserves to be ahead at this stage, he’s been great the last few seasons but I think he’s took another leap this year. We are watching 2 ATG Centre talents (I’m sure post season success will come for Embiid, as long as he stays healthy)

I agree I have Embiid a head of Jokic in the MVP race right now.

Btw you can read my posts from last season. I had Embiid winning it. Right now I have Embiid as number 1.

If Embiid won MVP two years in a row, people here would lose their minds. It would be fun watching the meltdown. I still think Jokic is the slight favourite, but Embiid is letting the MVP runner-up from last season know that the big dawg is in the house.

If he ended up as an all time great, the 2023 MVP would be a stain in his CV

If the season ended today Embiid would have the highest PER season of all time breaking Jokic’s season record. Embiid is no doubt the mvp so far this season as he sits 15-3 in games he’s played so far this year.

14-4 is elite, so you don't have to make it sounds more impressive.
