Flowers? Fruit Basket? Keys to the city? Naming rights to every 1st born son?
Zubac edging him?

That is not the rule. The ref said it was out of his hand before the red light. You cannot be touching the ball at any time after the buzzer. Hand placement is 100% the reasoning on the call
Hard to believe that the ball could conceivably be all the way through the ring with a hand making contact, and not ruled a basket until it leaves hand.
I think that’s an instance that the NBA has not accounted for exactly. I’d like to think that if your hand is still on the ball and fully through like the other guy is asking, it is no good because the ball is still part of you maybe? And not considered a shot? Super weird I’m honestly not sure
But the play in question the ref considered the ball out of his hand and I don’t think the ball being through the rim mattered

Just curious if you have the actual rule. Not saying you're wrong, just want to see it in writing.
There is no differentiation between shot types. The ball cannot be in the players hands when the buzzer sounds.

With his hands still on it
You know that’s how every dunk ever is right?

That “he never beat a 50 win team” narrative has been gaining lots of steam as of late smh
If he wins this series they can just change it to 51 win team![]()

If he pulls this off he can never be questioned bc the Clippers are clearly the better team and it’s not close.
Nah only way Jokic haters will shut up is if he gets 4-5 rings. The NBA has a weird ring counting culture. And when you're a GOAT level player everything revolves around em.
The real driver of Jokic hate is that crowd sees him as just a HOFer closer to guys like Durant. They're pissed he wins all these MVPs and focus on his relative lack of team success to other guys who won that many times.
Again I think this is silly and Jokic haters are delusional
Yeah ring culture is cancer . When it’s all said and done Jokic will be closer to MJ than Durant

Maybe they just didn't have conclusive evidence
What if there was a giant big enough that could dip his hand all the way through the net and then pull the ball out without releasing it. Would be weird if that didn't count as a basket

He wasn't shooting when the buzzer sounded. The basket was already made.

Sorry that you don't like to hear a different opinion. Am I the only saying the shot wasn't good? No. But yeah, ban everyone for disagreeing with you.
Not ban everyone…
Just you.
