1. Lakers regained homecourt advantage.

3. JJ figured out how to beat MIN for most of the game.
So I think this is 50/50.

LAL hype going into the series and the playoffs in general was pretty ridiculous.
I get it. Nobody watches the Wolves, so they repeat stuff they read online or what they hear from “experts”.
NOBODY picked the Wolves to beat the Suns last years. Even after sweeping the Suns, NOBODY had the Wolves beating the defending champs (Nuggets).
This year, same thing…”Antman, Ironman, Spider-Man - Lakers in 5”.
This Wolves team is finally healthy (and good). They are DEEP. Believe it.
If they somehow advance, and meet OKC in the WCF it will be a battle, but OKC is just too damn good and I agree - the Wolves “won’t do anything this year.” as nobody remembers teams that make it to the WCF.
If not for OKC, this Wolves team has a real chance to make their first trip to the Finals.
I don’t know man, the 2002 Kings, 2000 Blazers, 2004 Wolves, 2005 Suns, and 2018 Rockets are all remembered.
sikma42 wrote:How would you rank the playoff coaching by JJ Redick?
This is one of the worst coaching performances I can remember. This combined with game 1 were particularly bad.

I don’t think you know what choking means.
Deferring and coming up short consistently when it matters. Thanks.

2. Hard to blame Redick for playing the same five the whole second half when his bench is so bad. They have no depth.
3. Truly surprised the refs overturned the call at the end. I think they were right, but still surprised.
Glad the Wolves won though.UglyBugBall wrote:Being down 3-1 is tough, BUT:

Your #1 is incorrect. Wolves won one game in LA and Lakers lost both in Minnesota. Wolves have to win zero games on the road to win the series now.
Though they should want to end it ASAP and close it out in Game 5 in LA. Don't give them any life.

Surprised they overturned the call? Both of ant's wrists were hit hard..no ball whatsoever.

2 of the next 3 games are in LAL, so Lakers got homecourt now in principles. They win one on the road and its over.

Should the lakers spend 3 years of Luka’s prime to cater to LeBron and his farewell tour or fully build around Luka?
They are both great players but their skill set overlaps too much. Next year LeBron will even be worse bc of age
