What if someone threw a bottle on CP3's kidd (I'm not sure he had a kidd there)? And what if the bottle would break? And the kidd would bleed from his head? Do you think his wife wouldn't blame CP3 for that? For his entire life? Sure, some terrible being threw that bottle, but CP3 didn't had to put his family in this position.

Unless it's just very common in the USA that family attends away games in the playoffs. To me, being from the Balkans, is just unimaginable.

I'm saying that you can't expect a reasonable behavior from terrible people and thus it's best to avoid them. And since CP3 is responsible for his family, he shouldn't have brought them there. He can be all politics if he wants, trying to "weed out" the bad people, but you can't put other people in this situation.

You can do whatever you want to yourself, you can go driving 150 miles per hour, but it's very irresponsible to bring innocent people into it. He should have left his family in the hotel, unless USA is just that more civilized country than the Balkans. But giving how many people are shot in the USA, I wouldn't say so.

I've literally been in sports arena's on two occasions where people in front of me were escorted out for doing absolutely nothing but being in the vicinity where an altercation took place. I'm not saying it didn't happen, I'm sure an altercation happened, but asking for some evidence of it would be helpful at least. All we've seen is this kid was escorted out. I think it's a bit premature to speak on it with literally no one knowing what actually happened other than hearsay. Pretty sure there is a court case going on at the moment where hearsay was automatically believed. You like to have all the actual facts before resorting to judgement, our society loves to do it regardless these days.

They’re better than a lot of the NBA but there’s different levels. They’re a cut below. It’s like saying a player in the NBA is trash. They one of the best in the world but there’s tiers within that.

This low tier team is 2 games away of eliminating first seed.

If you’ve ever played sports and I’m sure you have then you know sometimes the better team doesn’t win. If you’ve played certain sports you’d know you can be the better team for the majority of the game and still lose. Suns are a soft first seed but they should still be doing better then the Mavs. I wish them luck and want them to win so I’m glad they’re 2-2 but I still stand by my assessment that they’re the worst team left.

Even as a Mavs fan, I agree with this. I actually don't think Suns are a soft first seed. Maybe compared to some recent super teams like GSW, but they aren't normal. Suns are super talented.

But the Mavs have by far the worst supporting cast surrounding their superstar compared to any remaining team in the playoffs. IMO you put some of Luka's supporting teammates on other teams and they would look like end of the bench scrubs, but I think playing on this Mavs team with Luka elevates the play of some complimentary guys, and the effect has been in place for a couple years now. Tim Hardaway Jnr was the first major example of it when he came over in the trade.

It's the kid's fault (i.e., the instigator). No one else's. He got ejected from the arena, as he should. Hopefully a lifetime ban as well.

No one can blame the players, the teams, the family for just being there supporting their family member (how is this even a justification?!), the owners etc. It's on the kid.

Don't forget that every team has safety protocols in place to protect fans and players.

I don't care about trash talking. Yelling profanities at a player's family just because they brought them to watch a game should be a permanent ban.
