I am happy to see Warriors reduced to isolation ball in large part because of Kevin Durant. When he left OKC people acted like his isolation style was an OKC bad habit rather than a large part of his game. Old habits die hard.

Durant's iso ball is still better offense than most teams in the league. Dude's ridiculously efficient. They didn't drop this one cause of him IMO

I thought Green played well overall, he was a game high +14. He took some tough shots but that's just part of his game like JR Smith.

It's the warriors every possesion counts he took like 3 crazy shoots. Had that been JR lebron would have beaten his ass. discipline is everything against this team

1-4 doesn't look that bad on paper, but those 2 bad shots were those momentum crushing types that could have done Houston in. He was playing directly into Golden State's hands by trying to match them tit for tat, and most of the time the Warriors win those. Fortunately for Green they were missing them.

It’s not KD’s fault. Give credit to the Houston defensive scheme. Golden State lost in 2016 in large part due to them not having an iso player. Now it’s KD’s fault he’s changing the way Golden State is playing?

Clock doesn't start until it touches a hand after the shot. Refs know GS are gonna call an immediate timeout, you miss it you can lose. He made the right decision considering GS had a timeout.

You cant gain possession in .5 sec and call time out thats ridiculous

You haven't watched much NBA then, haha. The coach and players tell the ref they are calling timeout before the play and begin yelling it before the player grabs the ball. As they touch it cleanly the ref will whistle the timeout. I've seen it take off .1 or .2 of a second plenty of times in that instance.

his defense made up for it. he also hit a couple big threes to keep us in it. he messed up on those threes but he played hard and was a needed spark

Moute has been atrocious this post-season, dudes clearly banged up.

In the playoffs he's 9/34 and 3/14 from 3. You can't compete with GS if you have someone like that right now.
