Yes it is. Any contact to a player jumping at high speed is ALWAYS dangerous and should be called a foul. That kind of stuff ruins careers. I don't think it was intentional but it was reckless

Does breathing count as contact?

He took his leg out as he was going to dunk causing him to land awkwardly and injure himself. How is that not a foul

That’s a clear foul imo, he did hit his legs while he’s in the air. If we’re going to protect jump shooters, we need to protect guys that are in the air too. Can’t be getting that close and coming up under them as they’re coming down.
