Why what? A Dallas 1st has no value. So why lose Prince for the rest of the season (there's still a slim chance of playoffs), lose his bird rights and lose the possibility of a sign'n'trade for such a low price? You can buy a late 1st with a couple of millions, they're less valuable than early 2nds because of the guaranteed rookie scale contracts given to dubious players who more often than not don't make it in the league.
