Yes, he has nice potential, watch the second mix that's been linked. OP, you worded badly, if you would have wrote Jan Vesely is the best 6'11 athlete in NBA history, it could have even been a discussion, but you have to accept that Garnett, David Robinson, Wilt, and Shaq was definitely a better athlete, and probably some other 7'0, or 7'1 guys, even though Jan maybe more fluid than those guys were. Let's make it 6'10-6'11, who had better body control, coordination, and speed at 6'11? Vesely is an absolutely amazing athlete, he has to be in the top 5 if you count 6'10-6'11 players.

No he isn't and if you were older than 20, you would know this and laugh at how silly the notion is that Vesely would ever be considered the best athlete in NBA History... which is funny given that he has never played an NBA game.

Can't shoot. More of a taller aggressive Kirilenko, without some of Ak's smarts.

Actually, he was 35%-40% from 3 during the last two Euroleague seasons. He can shoot.

Modern day Tom Chambers at best, and to be honest I'm not sure if he's deserving of that comparison because Chambers was a beast.

He is seriously underrated and unheralded in the scope of NBA history.... good call on him.

you have no idea in what league he plays or who he is, easy to tell just by that post

for 6'11 guy his athleticism is very impressive, good pick by Wizards, if he stays healthy he will be starter soon

Garnett is closer to 7'1 than to 6'11.

The title claims he is the best 6'11+ athlete in NBA history...not just 6'11. FWIW, neither is true. He's a great athlete, but not the best 6'11+ athlete in NBA history...

no, he shot roughly 33% over the past 2 season on low volume.
his FT% is a good indication of his current shooting ability.
he's pretty much just an athletic hustle player right now.

he's certainly athletic, he's just not very skilled at all. im interested to see if his future is at the 3 or 4.
i personally think he'd be better as a 4.

He's the kind of guy you'll immidietly ask about if you're watching a random game that he's part of.

Lots of hustle and has that persona on the pitch too liking to get scrappy etc.. to me he had alot of Omri Casspi in him back when they were both in Europe - with him obviously having a once in a generation athletic ability(In terms of Europe) and being 2 inchs taller still playing at SF(Omri's 3p shot in Europe was not that great either).. but still overall I can find alot of similarity in thier games and attitude on the pitch.

Especiely when they matched up in the series in the quarter final.

Doesn't have great hands, his defense on perimeter guys is actually pretty impressive, not strong but shows good effort so that might change. I've seen videos of him missing passes, alley oops, great athlete but not on the level of Garnett or a lot of other guys lawl.

you don't, but he is already a pro so I think he has more experience than Randolph, I guess we will have to wait and see

that makes no sense whatsoever ...

since Randolph has been a pro at the highest level longer than Vesely...
