Why did the Hawks take the guy who was 10th on their draft board before the guys that were 5-9?

Admit you were wrong or you're an idiot that thinks you know more than GM's!

No, it proves you are a little dude that is so small that you will call someone dumb because they do something you don't like or don't think like you

Kind of like what you are doing by making this thread?

Owned. End thread.

Denial.
“If you're getting stops and you're making threes and the other team's not scoring, that's when you're going to see a huge point difference there,” coach Billy Donovan said.

You're coming off as a massive **** calling everyone clowns. Congrats you traded Joe to the Nets. A very desperate team and the only team that would have taken that contract. Guess what? It's still an awful contract and was an absurd offer that should of never been made. I don't even know why you have your panties in such a bunch. 99.99999% of people would agree, including hawks fans.

All Hawks got was ending contracts, but I agree Ferry did a great job. Plus gives my hope on moving Amar'e contact. :D

Prove it Mr.Know-It all that they were the only team that would take the contract. The same type of know-it-all language that you people used before this happened and you still use it because the internet is your fantasy land and you don't have to ever admit that you don't know a damn thing about the stuff you like to kick around

 this thread is epic.

So what's your point OP - that Atlanta was right in offering Joe that offer, cause they knew eventually they will be able to find the most desperate team of the last decade orso in the NBA, that will give them Anthony Morrow, Jordan Williams, Johan Petro, and a S&T of DeShawn Stevenson a few years down the line?

who by a miracle managed to come across the most desperate team in recent memory with one of the richest owners this league has ever met - and gave them a "Get out of jail" free card taking that absolutely TOXIC contract for 3 scrubs and a bench SG - that without that miracle Joe would still be living large with a Hawks jersey on him like a bone in the throats of the Atlanta faithful.

Yes, you absolutely win Atlanta. You were right - we were wrong.

It was absolutely worth it giving Joe Johnson that 120 million dollar contract - if we knew you're able to get the almighty package consisting All-Stars Johan Petro and Jordan Williams, we would have never made fun of you the day you signed it.

Sorry.

The only thing that I'm angry about in this thread is the severe lack of awesome gifs. Damn, I guess it's too late at night. This thread had potential.
