With recent versions of Firefox, you can easily set it so that Flash plug-ins only run when you activate them. Which is exactly what I did, just because of NBA.com.

Firefox > Add-Ons > Plugins > Shockwave Flash > Ask to Activate

That's awesome. Usually when a star player has an amazing game, or even a role player, it's on youtube but about a day later, but it's only the made baskets. Usually they have a little extra in the vid too like if a player gets in a fight or whatever.

I guess they won't do this for fouls because all the other stats pertain to a player's career stats. Fouls are just a game to game type thing.

Lol it's true, if a player is bricking, now there can be a compilation on youtube. It might make players even more conscious about their shots, since no one ever remembers the shots they miss unless it's in a crucial time or an awkward shot.

That's pretty awesome. NBA.com has a great web development and product management team, so it's no surprise that they'd come out with something like this. I had the pleasure of listening to one of their developers at a conference a few months ago and she was showing off some very cool cutting edge stuff that they were working on.

wow, good thing I didn't buy a mysynergy sports package this year.

Good addition NBA, add this to the shot charts, stats cube, etc and the NBA itself is trying SUPER hard to be more analytical.

Not a problem is it, it's a free service that costs a lot of money, has to be paid for somehow!
