The column that says Current Space is the amount of space each team has to start the summer inclusive of all Cap Holds.

The column that says Max Space is the amount each team can get to if they waived/renounced everyone who wasn't fully guaranteed.

The column that says Projected Space is how much I think each team will start the summer with.

Hope that helps!

That list is ok, but take a look at this post for the complete list of FAs and Partial/Non-Guaranteed guys:

viewtopic.php?f=2&t=1405203

Also, the sheet has a two tabs. The first is FAs by Team and the second is FAs by Position.

Enjoy!

Insane work. I was doing some work for raps cap scenario for another board, I def missed a few things you caught.
this puts hoops hype and sportstrac to shame.

Thanks once again for all the feedback and all the kind words. And also all the traffic.

I have uploaded a new version. This version has cleaned a few things up and I also updated the Draft Eligible tab with all the withdrawals yesterday.

Also, I know there are at least 3 updates that need to be made that I haven't had the chance to get to yet:

1. Damian Lillard made the All-NBA team, so his salary bumps up to the Rose Rule.
2. Anthony Davis did not make the All-NBA team, so his salary locks in the regular extension amount.
3. Andrew Bogut did not make the All-Defense team, so his salary bumps down slightly.

The link above will take you to an updated version of my Salary and Roster sheets. Projected Cap Space has been updated for all 30 teams. Let me know what you think about where I missed!

This is just where I think each team will sit on 7/1 when the League Year changes over. Obviously cap space is fluid and will adjust as moves are made, but this is my guess as each team's starting point.

Great job!!!! will bookmark for future reference..

on the other hand, how in the world a Boston football and basketball fan (guessing you are from Boston) became a Yankees fan???

And yeah that is a weird on on my teams! I grew up just south of Boston. My family wasn't in to baseball when I was a kid. Basketball and football all the way. The first game I ever went to was with my best friend and his family (originally from NY) who were Yankees fans. I was 6 and it was a Yanks/Sox game and we sat right behind the Yankees dugout. Don Mattingly gave me a baseball. He instantly became my favorite baseball player and he played for the Yankees, so there we were. Since no one in my family cared enough to sway me, because of the lack of interest in baseball, it stuck. Many years later here we are. Full disclosure, I don't have the time to really follow baseball the way I used to, so I'm more or less a very casual fan at this point.

Ha! Huge difference in compiling info and making some educated guesses vs actually building a team. But I'll take the compliment all the same! :)

That would be a huge improvement, compared to what some general managers do. :nonono:

Put up a new version:

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1T2Eg_zvqNqQD_5TpE4Ns6xhElatXdLpYG1roZtRLyvE/edit?usp=sharing

This includes the salary updates for Lillard making All-NBA, Davis not making All-NBA, and Bogut not making All-Defense.

I also added a tab for 2017 Free Agents by Team. This is as of today. So, this list will change quite a bit obviously.

Thanks as always for the interest and support. Traffic has been consistent and really great for days now!
