I vote for Mirotic. No team in history has won 6 straight games after losing 10 or more.
And that is mostly due to Mirotic

On top of that, he is probably the only player in NBA that is yet to lose a game :)

Not only his performance has been incredible, he is destroying Bulls hope for a #1 pick

what else can we ask for a MVP type of player?

Chris Paul hasn't lost a game this year. The Rockets are 15-0 when he plays (82 win pace), 10-4 when he doesn't (59 win pace).

Harden he beat Lebron in the head to head so far. Also Only players who have gotten 4+ MVP's and gotten anymore is when they had the best record in the league.

You guys are kidding yourself if you think cavs come anywhere close to Houston's record by season's end. D'antoni is a master of piling up wins. Houston will finish 6-8 games comfortably ahead of Cleveland by season's end.

Another loss for Cle...hurting lebron's chances.... now 9 losses for cleveland, whereas hou has 4.

Harden comfortably in the lead.. Cle schedule hasn't even gotten hard yet... Harden should have it sealed in the next 2 months imo

Houston's offense and defense is way too strong for Harden not to average those #s, + he was snubbed last year somewhat, I'm certain Harden is going to win is pretty comfortably this year especially given the record difference between the two teams.

That said, what Lebron doing right now is going straight into the history books, not even the most staunch Lebron fan would've imagined he would this lethal offensively at this age.

that's interesting, but still Mirotic made history as bulls is the only team to ever have a 6 winning streak after losing by 10+
plus, he won 2x more games than when he didn't play
by the definition of most valuable player, he sure fits the bill

Exactly, on an individual basis LeBron has simply been better. LeBron is better offensively than Harden (at worst, Harden a smidge better if you start mental gymnastics) but on defence there is no argument. Only the team record justifies Harden ahead of LeBron and considering IT is yet to play that is debatable too.

MVP and best nba player is a different thing. jut saying.

I have a difficulty time accepting someones as MVP when team is loaded with stars

this is true, but everyone is loaded with stars. At the moment Durant, LEBRON playing like MVP cause Isaiah Thomas and Curry are injured.

James Harden has Chris Paul, Durant - Curry cancel each other,Lebron will get Isaiah Thomas soon.

Wait, are you serious with the Mirotic bit or is this post unrelated to your other posts in this thread?

Harden, Rockets will have better record than Cavs (in the tough West).

It's close.
Hopefully Hardens' knee holds it together.

If Lebron Catches up and makes this a neck to neck race I think Harden will edge it out with the runner-up narrative. It would have to take a harden 5-10 game slump and LeBron continuing this run for Lebron to have a clear lead. On 2/3 when the Rockets play the Cavs It will be a huge game and a deciding factor in the race.

This is pretty much a two man race at this point and I don't necessarily see that changing right now.

Rockets will finish with a way better record. This Rockets team might win 65+, especially going neck to neck with GSW for the first seed. Cleveland is not gonna win that many games, because quite frankly they don't care if they finish first or second in the east. While the Rockets will try their hardest to get that 1st seed.
