However, imo the X factor is what are we doing to get from Donovan Mitchell who is rookie?

Do people really expect DM to put this team on it's back to score as a rookie in the playoffs.

I voted Thunder in 6 but I'm not sure if it will even go that far. The Jazz have a decent squad this year but they don't have any star power and you need that for success in the playoffs. I don't see any scenario where the Jazz beat the Thunder 4 out of 7 times. They might have a better coach but thats it.

If OKC didn't completely choke two games in the past few weeks against Boston and Denver they'd be the 3 seed. People are underestimating OKCs playoff talent/potential but also I have to say I can see why people would be skeptical given how inconsistent they've been.

How is this possible? How can you know OKC will play the jazz without knowing if the Pelicans will play the Blazers. If what you saying is true then that should mean the Pelicans are a lock to play the Blazers in the first round right? Why isn't it a Pelicans vs Blazers thread up right now?

And if the Blazers didn't lose like 4 games in a row, two to the Lakers and Grizzlies, we would be the 3rd seed without any relevance to the game tonight. Every team in the West 3-8 can look back to a recent loss and say "what if." That's how close and competitive its been.

Jazz in 5. This Jazz team are the 3rd best in the conference imo and I dont see OKC getting to the 2nd round the way the Jazz been playing with Gobert. Gonna be a entertaining to watch tho.
