Was about to ask where the hell Bulls/Celtics game 6 was, then I realized that was 2009. I'm getting too old too fast

I think the 4OT Denver Portland game should be on here. Those two teams will be great to watch in the years going forward

That game was epic. Too bad, that with a 10:30pm EST start time, most people didn't even see the first half of the game, let alone the ending. That game featured 18 ties and 24 lead changes, including 14 ties and 12 lead changes in the final 5 minutes of the 4th quarter + overtimes.
Jokic, with 33/18/14 in 64:58 of PT was brilliant. With so many players playing 50+ minutes, Stotts' move to go with Rodney Hood's fresh legs in the 4th OT finally swung the game in POR's favor.

That game was epic. Loved so much about those days and those teams. Back when KD was a hero - wow how things have changed.

Pleasantly surprised to see this on on the list. That was the Brandon Roy lightning in a bottle, turn back the clock, final hurrah game.
And oh what a game it was. With 2:29 left in the 3rd and POR down by 23, Roy, who had only scored 2 points until that point, went on an improbable 22-point tear, including a game tying 4-point play with 1:06 left and the game winner with 39 seconds left as POR came all the way back to steal the game 84-82, tying the series at 2 games apiece. In addition to scoring 22 points in the last 14:29 of the game, Roy also dished out 5 assists, accounting for 32 of POR's final 42 points. It was vintage Roy, scoring and dishing from everywhere.
For POR fans, it was a glimmer of hope that Roy was back. Little did we know, at the time, Roy would only play two more games in a Portland uniform, as the eventual champion Mavericks would win Games 5 and 6 to take the series 4 games to 2.

The ending was great, but that game was a ****ing slog.
Would have said the first triple overtime playoff game in a decade myself. But I guess James wasn't in it so it wasn't good enough.

GSW @ OKC Game 6 was crazy.
I remember being in Reno for my nephew’s basketball tournament. That night, all the families of the team had dinner at Olive Garden. Majority of us ended up catching the game at the bar but it was so crazy that we were all screaming. The bartenders were having a great time because they never seen the place so wild.
The funny part is so many people who were eating kept complaining about the noise even though the bar was in a separate section, but what can you expect, it’s Playoff basketball.

Could've definitely made it a top 10.
2016 Game 7 > 2013 Game 6 to me though. Because it's game 7. Although I can understand why someone would choose Ray Allen's shot.

I like Warriors/OKC Game 6 more than Warriors/Cavs Game 7, but I guess the stakes require a Game 7 to be higher. Clippers/Spurs Game 7 2015 should probably be on there. Spurs/Thunder Game 6 2014 has been seriously underrated, probably because of how easily they beat Miami. That was once of the most intense sporting events I have ever seen.

Kobe's last game was fun to watch. It was just so fitting. I remember flipping back between that and the warriors going for 73 wins. It was a fun night. I have no problem with it being on the list.

Subjective list is subjective.
IT dropping 53 on the Wizards after attending his sister died wasn't the best game but it was emotional.
The Miami Heat on a 27 game winning streak losing to a Chicago Bulls team with no Derrick Rose, Joakim Noah, Rip Hamilton, or Marco Belinelli wasn't the best game but it was inspiring.

I can't recall how good the actual game was overall, but that Westbrook game winner against Denver in his MVP season had one of the most exhilarating endings I've ever seen if we're ignoring playoff implications, stakes, and star power. I believe he scored like 16 points in the final 5 minutes capped off with an unbelievable long range 3 pointer to help OKC win by 1.

It was only a 1st Round Game 6, and fairly ugly up to that point, with both Harden (12-12) and Aldridge (10-10) keeping their teams in the game from the FT line, but two lead changes in the final 0.9 seconds and that Lillard shot made for one hell of an exciting finish to that POR-HOU series in 2014.

3. Golden State Warriors vs. Oklahoma City Thunder | 2016 Western Conference finals, Game 6
This was a good game, Thunder up by 5 at half time. Then Durant and Westbrook choked in the 2nd half. Curry making Steven Adams look like a fool in that series.
But... you have to throw in the Rockets vs Warriors Game 6 in 2018. Wasn't an important outcome or upset, but the Rockets were a historically great team that year and close to beating one of the best teams ever.

He set the TD record in that game and it was looking like the Thunder were going to lose and everyone was just like oh well, at least that’s cool he set the record...then he just turned things on like “we are loosing this game over my dead body” and went into beast mode. It was pretty amazing. Westbrook was unbelievably clutch that season - like came back and won a lot of games where it looked like the loss was inevitable.

I think 81 point game would have been a better choice personally. Because he just went bananas in a comeback win in his prime for 81 POINTS. Last game was a bigger spectacle though. Not really important either way ha

This list was for the 2010s so that game wouldn't apply as it was in 2006.
