Because they were playing Tucker at center. He won't find that anywhere else but he does have a stretch 5 in Bryant

This topic is a perfect example of why fans overrate their favorite teams prospects. Fans see every players peak performance/stretch as their new skill level and inevitably turn on their coach for not being able to "unlock" that skill level full time. Outsider observers, more correctly, go by long term averages to assess player/team skill level.
