This Mavericks team with Porzingis should be a different beast. Hopefully he can stay healthy for the rest of the season. I doubt it will happen though.

The refs are not calling contacts in the Mavs-Hornets game. Just 8 FTs in the first half. I like it, but it's a bit weird considering the FTs party some of these games are. I wish the refs were consistent with it.

I kind of wish the game was played similar to how it was 15-20 years ago just to see how good he'd be in a large role. It drives me nuts seeing a guy as talented as him sitting on the bench just because of the way the game is played nowadays.

Doncic just need to go be an average 3point shooter and he will be the best player in the league.

He actually improved a lot this offseason, he is a plus defender now and also developed a midrange game.

Porzingis is such a chucker, the moment he gets the ball he just sets his feet and shoots it. I mean you are a unicorn, work on your face up game, do something, try to create a good shot.

Well, he is not "just" a plus defender. Did you know that Mavs (right now) have top5 defense in the NBA and Luka is, statistically, their top3 defender

. Actually best among starters.
