It's all well and good that every few years a non-superteam can win due to probability or injuries but I'd much rather there be a permanent solution. There'd be no way to stop superteams from forming through drafting but surely there's something that can be done with the cap to discourage superstars joining up.

Well sure, Giannis isn't getting past 3 top 15 players. Even the GOAT (MJ) wouldn't have been able to with the Bucks' squad.
