That;s what refs do in the preseason. The things that they try to enforce during preseason, they just stop calling those once the regular season begins.

Claxton with a terrible 1st quarter, it's a bad idea to play him next to rookies/summer league team against NBA players.

I don't get the idea of pre-season games if your starters won't even make an appearance. Might as well get rid of 1-2 pre-season games and give guys extra week of regular season with fewer back to back games.

I know he's a major binky of a few Nets fans on this site but I'm yet to see anything hype-worthy from him for myself.

Yes, he's a terrific defensive prospect but he struggles setting screens.
