If he gets the Suns a ring he's definitely top 5 all time.

Re: Players who are top-five for two franchises
Wow, so the Heat have had LeBron (yes), Zo (yes), Shaq and abode mentioned as top-5 all-time.
I’d say Wade, Zo, LeBron (despite the short stay) are definitely in there. But Jimmy, Timmy & Glen Rice have to all in the conversation for those last 2 spots.
Bosh is 5 in points & 7 in rebounds, but Bam will likely overtake him in both before long. Jimmy also will get his points up there before the end of his contract & is very likely retiring as a Heater.
Shaq is top-10 in FT attempts & blocks only. I love what he did for the franchise, and the city will always love him for it. But Shaq is top-10, not top-5 for the Heat. If we had the 8 seasons he had at LA then he’d be #2, behind only Wade.
This is a great idea though, and it’s cool to see many of the nominees. It’s crazy to think Shaq may only be too-5 for the Magic.

Oscar Robertson is easily top 5 in Cinci... probably top 1 but I haven't really thought about their rosters.
Is he top 5 in Milwaukee, where he helped them win a ring and his # was retired there just after he retired?
Milwaukee
Kareem
Giannis
Moncrief
Jesus Shuttlesworth
Big O?

Who's in this club among all-timers?
- Kareem, for Milwaukee and the Lakers
- Moses, for Houston and Philly
- Wilt did it for two different franchises (mostly) in the same city
- Is Shaq (Orlando) a top-five Laker?
- Can any semblance of an argument be made for Rodman as a top-five Piston and Bull?
Who else might be on this list?

Re: Players who are top-five for two franchises
Nobody is making this list from the Celtics. The guys who are candidates for Celtics top 5 are:
-- Russell
-- Bird
-- Havlicek
-- Pierce
-- Cousy
-- Cowens
-- Maybe a scorer like McHale, Sam Jones or Sharman
I think the best non-Celtics playing career any of those guys had was Pierce's.
If the question instead were greatest player overall to EVER suit up for the franchise, that would be different. Cousy would count for the Royals/Kings, just as Jordan would for the Bullets/Wizards, and Shaq would for half a dozen teams, including the Cs. But that's not what this discussion's about.

Which franchise(s), if any, is TMac top 5 for?

He was only in Orlando for four years, but had such a high peak that he should be in there.
In Houston I'd have Hakeem, Harden and Moses over him. Than we have Tomjanovich, Yao, Calvin Murphy, and T-Mac competing for the other two spots, unless I'm forgetting someone. Sir Charles was probably too old when he came to Houston.
Orlando is interesting by the way. They had a lot great/good players, but many have not played there for long. Who'd be in the top 5?
Shaq, T-Mac, Howard, Penny, Vooch?

Not Top-5, but what would be Larry Nance's ranking for Cleveland and Phoenix? Does he have a case for top-eight for both franchises?

It’s not a sexy name, but Nick Anderson should be in that conversation. IMO ahead of Vooch. Anderson is first in GP, 2nd in minutes, top-5 in points, assists, steals & rebounds, plus 6th in blocks.

Durant is a lock for GSW, he was better than Arizin, Thompson and Green. 3 seasons is enough for him to be in the Top 5.

Its only your opinion. As I said it is worth consideration. I would take Green/Klay whole career as Warriors, than KD 3 years.
