Shame they all couldn’t come to a consensus on Jared Jefferies too.

Is the Jared Jeffries thing a joke, or did Kenny really think he was still in the league?

I think people take records a little too far with these selections. tyler hero and jarret allen as allstars is a little cringe over guys putting up much better stats on 26-25 teams

Wut?

Allen is putting up 16 PPG 11 RPG 1.4 BPG 0.8 SPG on 69% FG on the 3 seed in the East and the game is CLE...

There is no reason a guy fighting for a play-in spot chucking on low efficiency deserves a spot just because he averages 24 PPG lol

16 ppg is like 12ppg 7 years ago. his other stats are great and he contributes greatly to winning but those are not star scoring numbers which is what always mattered the most. Its also a covid year with wild standings. should we just make every allstar the top 3 seed teams? thats how scrubs like the 5 hawks make it. I just cant put him above forwards like sabonis and siakam yet

Sabonis, really?... That dude plays on a team with the 5th worst record in the entire league... I believe the threshold for players with empty stats was met with Trae being a starter...

Rofl... Darius Garland is being disrespected so much by the fans and the media it seems.

He is the biggest reason the Cavs have a 30-19 record.

I don't know what some of the players/media were doing with their votes, but Garland at 5th (players) and 6th (media) is pretty fair. The fans (9th) probably could have done better, but he still wouldn't have been starting.

Tatum being 6th and 4th compared to Siakam at 10th and not even placing in the media is whack. Their teams have almost identical records and their stats are very similar (Tatum scores 5 more points on 4 more FGA and Siakam gets 1.5 more assists while everything else including efficiency and numerous advanced stats paint them in the same light). It must just be because Tatum is only 19 years old though.

If and when herro makes it this place will go nuts

He’s quietly averaging over 20 ppg off the bench on super high efficiency for the #1 seed in the East

It's omissions not commissions. Unless they're getting paid to miss the All-Star game.

Otherwise pretty good picks. Although I definitely think Garlard should make should make it. Over who is harder to answer, but probably FVV or Ball. It's a tough call.

Herro should be in. He has the most games played from our potential all stars and we are the top seed in the east.

Make the argument for Allen over LaMelo Ball.
