Would love Grant for the blazers but not for anything over 20 million a year and it sounds like he wants a big raise.
He's been doing well in Detroit on a bigger role, but if he is traded to a contender I see him going back to the role he had in Denver.
He's still valuable, but I imagine the asking price from Detroit is too high for what he really is, especially considering his relatively high salary.
On the other hand Wood is cheaper, but I'm not convinced he's able to help a contender.
I believe what you say is incorrect. Denver offered the same money as Detroit. But Grant didn't want to be third/fourth option on offense.
