maybe, but the Celtics dont have Jason Kidd, so I'm more inclined to believe it was a mistake or some staffer trying to be shady than something the Celtics would actually do. If Kidd as coaching the Celtics I'd 10000000% believe he did that, because he's a human made mostly of trash

I dont know if there are rules/regs for this kinda thing, but at least back at Oracle for playoff games, rims were measured about an hour before the game, typically right before last shootaround. But you can bet the W's staff is going to be checking this going forward
