He realized he can’t be the headline act and wants to go somewhere with established superstars who he can hide behind. No matter how talented he is, being near 34 years old, hobbled and coming off a terrible performance, you have to wonder how many teams decide he’s not worth it.

These guys are not happy within, they are miserable and ashamed of themselves. All those millions, and they get to play a game they loved their whole lives and get paid ridiculously for it and still ain't happy. I wish they can switch lives with regular ppl for a week .

Yep. And the ironic part is he could have gotten that if he never left okc. Grass isn’t always greener on the other side. Even if he never won a title there he’d be a legend. He wants to be the man and win a title but it’s not that easy being Steph or NJ or Dirk or Wade. Those guys have built up credibility. Honestly I believe he’s had the worst possible career arc imaginable
