Clear case of main character syndrome, this guy thinks that the entire world revolves around him and whatever he needs/wants. Now many star level players have that attitude but I think Kyrie ticks it up a big notch.

Isn't that a parody Twitter account? @nbaCANTREL?

Damn it. I don’t follow them but I’ve been had twice now on news from them because of Twitter’s “for you” tab default.

Dallas should've just tanked this year, their pick is top 10 protected. To late now.

I mean I don't have a lot of love for Kyrie, but if he's playing through plantar fasciitis in a sense i agree with him. He could have said "it's all to hard" and mailed it in to rest his foot, but he's out there working. :dontknow:

I just fact checked it and the real quote comes from one of the foremost thinkers of our time.

Two players that are supposedly top 15 or top 20 players should be able to drag some pretty damn bad rosters to the playoffs. Crap we have seen carry jobs by other players many times throughout the years, you could argue the Mavs have been worse since trading for Kyrie.

The NBA is one of the sports where star power goes the furthest, in say the NFL two great players will not get far if the rest of the team is mediocre to bad, but in the NBA when you only have 5 guys on the court two great players means a lot more.

LOL his new standard is that as long as he's better at basketball than fans he doesn't have to be criticized.

I agree with Kyrie.

Why should an athlete, especially an athlete of Kyrie's stature that won a championship and put in the hours to be one of the most skilled offensive players at his size, care about being boo'd and criticized by people that can't even approximate what he can do and has accomplished?

There's a difference between the criticism and disapproval of peers, people that can do what you do and people that absolutely can't even breathe the same air as you. And fans are at the bottom at the end of the day.

Kyrie would be the perfect player to play for the now screwed up state of Florida. They deserve each other.

Than again, Florida was always screwed up, but I can’t imagine a fate more fitting for both parties being together.

I'm shocked, I really thought it was going to work out this time for Kyrie.

Don’t forget antisemite and Alex Jones sympathizer.

But fully agreed. Kyrie needs to get blacklisted from the NBA like Colin Kapernick from the NFL. Only unlike Kapernick, Kyrie would actually deserve to get blacklisted.

He had a good situation in Brooklyn. Could have just played out his contract on the Nets with KD…

So if a doctor screws up and injects the wrong shot, I hope Kyrie can have the same energy. If you’re so good, you be the doctor, right? Or if his roof falls. You’re so good, build your own house!

Kyrie Irving is being paid 40 million dollars to play like a superstar in the NBA. His teammate is one of the best players in the league. If you still aren’t winning, you are not playing up to your standards in some way.

Lakers are doing just fine without antisemites/locker room cancers on the team now.

Seriously, like if the Mavs miss the playoffs and they don't want Kyrie this offseason, who's gonna sign him? The Lakers don't want him on their team any more. Who's gonna have cap space that's gonna be desperate enough to **** with this clown? Maybe the Heat would do a sign-and-trade for Lowry in a 3-way deal? If not, Kyrie might have to sign for something ridiculous like 1 year $15MM.
