The Celtics defense is ideally suited to limit Doncic.

It isn't particularly suited to stopping Kyrie, but he also hasn't beaten them in any game in the past 3 years.

Conversely, Tatum and Brown have not been tested by any defense these playoffs. Let's see what kind of schemes Dallas run against them but i think that's one of the underrated and crucial moves Kidd will take.

White and especially Jrue are pretty good defenders too. Doncic has been lighting it up from 3 and I wonder if there’s going to be a regression to the mean.

Any of those 4 players can be the best player in the floor. Brown can easily outplay Luka in some games, and Kyrie gets hit he can explode and surpass Tatum and be best players on the floor for that game.

Celtics have a much more options in Whitt, Jrue and Zinger if one of the stars isn’t quite elite.

Mavs will need both Luka and Kyrie to be superior every game they win. I don’t think Celtics needs the same out of Tatum and Brown.
