Coby White and Ayo are both better than Giddey, wtf are the Bulls doing here? As for the Thunder, talk about highway robbery, they are a slight leap from J Dub and Chet away from being in the Finals. Only hole in their roster is the lack of front court size which they could easily address with the war chest of picks.

Great trade for OKC. They got rid one of the most non intense players for one of the best defensive guards.

The bulls continue to stay dumb because now they have to pay a guy who flicks his hair 10 times every defensive possession.

I like this for CHI. Caruso is the type of guy I think is/was coveted by a large number of teams, but none who could or would give up great value. Banking on a breakout of a high pick like this makes more sense than the pupu platter of late 1st and 2nd that I think they’d get from others.

For OKC, they have so many expendable pieces I think it makes sense to sell low on a guy who doesn’t fit like this.

Yeah my reaction is Okc wins this deal and they probably do, but it fits right in with what Chicago has been doing. Young guy they can re-sign and doesn't really fit that well on a team deep in the playoffs but can play and compete outside of that.

So Chicago kind of guarantees their middle ground return compared to some picks in terms of getting a known quantity that can get on the court this season.

Yeah agree on this, though they were a good team and this makes them better imo. Still need size.

this is interesting for the thunder because it seems like a portent to more moves, since it seems unlikely they'd start caruso in giddey's spot. so something with lu dort or a bigger acquisition to replace the giddey hole must be coming imo.

Absolutely insane that the Bulls got 0 picks. I'm higher on Giddey than most but there is no denying that this was the lowest his value has been. To turn him into Caruso is a fantastic trade by presti.
