Never change Embiid. 8-)

What’s the difference between him and Brooks other than Dillon has more talent.

he's been the worst player on team USA in just about every exhibition match and in the Olympics, embrassing stuff for a supposed MVP caliber player in his prime.

Name me a perfect American athlete?

Kobe past was questionable and he was literally the most popular Olympic player of our generation.

Embiid is not doing anything questionable off the court. He's just taunting the crowd back.
There's no need for me to name anyone else. Taunting is just poor sportsmanship. There's zero excuse for it. Period.

From a fundamental standpoint it is better for a man to have nothing but be under the protection of Jesus Christ than for him to have everything he could ever want yet be completely without.

So it's fine for us fans to taunt and yell at players, but when they do it back it's bad sportsmanship.

Cmon man sports is entertainment! Taunting and trash talk has been part of basketball forever.

I’m not sure what was more embarrassing.

Doing all that and air balling the 3

Or

Writing a letter to the President of France begging for citizenship in exchange for him playing only to turn around and play for a powerhouse in direct competition to them.

Lol i thought bracket was fixed and that serbia, australia and Germany not on USA side of the bracket. What happend there?

Edit: i now saw that it was random draw... (Please Use More Appropriate Word) FIBA rules
Serbia now has to potentially(if they win against Australia which will also be though game) play USA team 2 times before the finals? Thats bs...

Please heaven and lord. Give me the Wagner's vs USA. Need Franz to get the lime light finally.

I think Germany is the only team that can give the USA a game as well. Canada would be interesting if they had Wiggins and Edey. Canada just doesn't have the horses up front to stay with the US. Germany is a well put together team with size and shooting. Plus Denis makes all the difference at PG. Just hoping Franz can show up and make it close. Dunno if they can win but it will be a game.

Germany is missing Hartenstein too. Plus us Magic fans might adopt German national team if they keep leaving off Paolo for Derrick White. Da Silva is going be playing for them next Olympics as well. Won't be surprised if Denis eventually ends up in Orlando ha. Always apparently Anthony Black can speak German. It's destiny lol
The hero Orlando deserves is out there somewhere, Dwight was not the one we needed. So we will hunt for him...

A bit disappointed by the brackets and group stages to be honest. The US won't play against 2 out of 3 of Canada, France and Germany (assuming Greece doesn't pull a major upset ofcourse).

I know it's random draws but, from a viewer interest point of view, you want to see the best team face the biggest challengers.

It might not matter in the NBA very much, but sportsmanship is treated seriously in the Olympics.
