4 losses in row was the straw? Quite unexpected still.

Even more so then Jenkins getting canned by Grizzlies. But unlike Jenkins, feels like atleast Malone has some semblance of basketball reasons for this sudden decision (his lack of development of young players and how little he uses depth over the years).

Even if the main issue is ofcourse the front office and the limited player personnel they accrued.
