Ok I see the Draymond “trip” now in that second angle.
I don’t know wth SVG was talking about saying Dray shoved him though.
I also don’t really think that was much on Dray and didn’t really look dirty to me, and again, I can’t stand Dray.
Think was just the combination of an accidental trip and an accidental shove by his teammate just led to an unfortunate injury.

Normally I would agree with you, but with Draymond's history, it's hard for me to believe it's accidental on his part. It was definitely a combination of things though like you said, the contact with Adams happens at pretty much the same time Thompson makes contact with Green's leg.

My take is that it’s basically a complex set of dominoes at high speed. Amen is nudged by Adams in the box out, tries to take a step forward to get his miss, trips over Draymond’s foot/hip, and then loses his balance moving forward.

Don’t think it was dirty at all.

Image Adam came down and pushed Thompson forward

Just watch the clip I posted. Dray almost Zaza'ed Thompson, but his leg landed in front of him. He got sandwiched by Adams and Draymond yanked him forward.

This was a classic bang-bang play but Draymond is also being Draymond. He definitely had a hand in Thompson being lurched forward.

This was just a freak accident. There was nothing intentional about this. Jimmy was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. This is the risk of going sky high for a rebound in a crowded paint. You leave yourself vulnerable to mid-air collisions.

You sir have a future in the media!!

Have created discussion and controversy out of nothing! Kudos.

Crazy anyone is catching any blame here. Physical series, some iffy stuff here and there, but everyone’s just playing ball here and it was an unfortunate accident.

My qualifications: Huge Butler fan, and while I don’t ‘hate’ I’m not a fan of Green.

You people are crazy. Watching a reply frame by frame trying to find someone to blame. It’s just an accident and no one is really at fault.

People fall in random direction when playing basketball and sometimes they just fall into an unfortunate location without it being anyone’s fault.

This is 100% on Thompson. Green was actually trying to hold him back if anything so Butler could get the rebound, Thompson just went for it and took out his legs

Only question remains is if Thompson will be suspended.

I think there was some pushing, but pushing happens on rebounds. This was a complete accident in my opinion.

The game thread was going crazy with arguments over it so I created a separate thread. I just give the people what they want!

Adams drifts into Amen's landing zone (maybe Podz gives a slight push too) and between that and Draymond shifting over he lost balance and tripped into Butler. Draymond's contact to Amen had nothing to do with it imo.

unfortunate and accidental

A lot of reaching here in this thread .

Seems unfortunate accident .

If we want reach , let’s blame pat riley for not giving butler his max , if he did , butler wouldn’t have been on that court there today .

Thompson flaled right underneath Jimmy.

Dray did NOT push him into Jimmy and people are lying their asses off saying he did.

Thompson flopped underneath Jimmy and it looked intentional.
