A couple nights ago I must have gotten a concussion and was knocked out. Had a crazy fever dream where the Nuggets lost a game by 43 points. Woke up, and had to process that absolute nightmare. Thank goodness it was just a dream, and absolutely did not happen.

I think we'll win tonight but the Nuggets are famous for being blown out and then coming back with a vengeance so I'm holding my breath.

Let them get excited. Like you said, they have had a decade without a lot of playoff success. But they've used the second half of that to bottom out and now build a really good team. It's natural to be excited. I haven't noticed too many being that obnoxious.

What players in the league would you consider legitimate star talent?

Joker, Shai, Luka, Giannis, Steph, Wemby, A.D., Lebron, KD, maybe ANT are franchise players. The others are b list stars or 2nd options at best on a championship team (or a stacked team where they could be first).

I consider franchise talent consistent dominance and there is a significant lack of that, perhaps because 3 pointers are emphasized.

Because of this lack of up top talent (up top, I pretty much just have Jokic/Shai/Giannis in current form), it's anyone's finals right now. It's more about team talent than superstar, at least in the East.
