Today Embiid and George were supposedly game-time decisions, so it's possible they're just limiting their preseason run?

I was just reading this wiretap article about how Joel's coaches and teammates often don't know if he's going to play until the game is starting.

As far as PG, at media day he said he was progressing well but not quite ready for full practice. So him being out was expected.

PHI looked really bad, no on ball juice outside of Maxey at all and suspect shooting, it'll be a long season if injuries persist.
VJ looked good on defense and rebounding, had some nice passes, his finishing needs work.
I was impressed by Clarkson, I thought he was washed, but Knicks clearly were in 2nd gear....

Dash looks like he'll be exactly the same as Dyson in the NBA will look so funny if they end up in the same team and Dash may be a little better offensively because he's got some good finesse already.

Zion is so quick and leapy he'll be a scoring machine this year maybe 30ppg and even without fitness he's averaged 24.7 points on .589 shooting in 214 games

Once Zion plows his way into the paint, around 16ft, he's nearly unstoppable. He's too damn explosive, large, and acrobatic for his height.

He doesn't look overweight at all, and not as skinny as posters assumed. He looks good, and I'm hoping for a healthy season.

Zion looked like he could score whenever he pleased, but I liked how fast and decisive his passing was.

Murphy looks stronger and more physical, and also his shooting looks 0 percent effected by the injury. Sometimes it takes a while for the mechanics to get right with shoulder surgery. He should be shooting well right out the gate. This was a concern for me. I’m glad it looked so effortless. I feel like we need a fast start to build momentum, and I was worried he and Herb might struggle shooting early on.

Poole did a little bit of dancing and took some super deep shots, which i want him to take some. But he looked very much comfortable and cognizant of it being Zion/Murphy offense first and he filled the gaps. I'm glad he sees his role this way. He can be electric playing off two superior offensive forces.
