IMO, Kevin Porter Jr is still the starting PG. He should go back to the starting PG when he gets healthy.
But I can see anyone getting the spot at the end of the season (Rollins or Cole).

Re: Players who will Lose their Starting Spot before Year-End?
Ivey is the Detroit SG. However, I would not be surprised if he loses the spot by the end of the season. He is not a reliable shooter. 34% from 3s in the 2 first season.
The great 40% shooting 30 30-game sample size in the third year is not enough to call him a good shooter.
But Holland is a far worse shooter than Ivey, although a very skilled player.

Coward and Sensebaugh should eventually get the starting position. They are very good shooters and very young.
But in Memphis, Pippen and Jerome can grab the SG position, too.
In Utah, Colier (injured) and Ace (still shy) can get a starting spot anytime.

We're playing 5 interchangeable guards at PG, SG and SF (KPJ, AJ Green, Gary Trent, Rollins and Cole Anthony) but KPJ is the best of them and has very good chemistry with Giannis so he's likely to stay as a starter whether or not we add Rollins or Anthony next to him as a second playmaking guard.

So this question made me want to look back to last year.
Situations where a player lost a starting spot to from the start of the year for reasons other than injuries or a glaringly high profile transaction.
Also, while I'm including some moves that might be explained as "tanking", when I get to a team like the Jazz I just have to throw up my hands as every move was designed to make the team worse at basketball.
GSW: Jackson-Davis & Kuminga lost to Moody & Podz
HOU: Jabari Smith lost to Amen Thompson
LAC: Terence Mann lost to Kris Dunn
MEM: Marcus Smart lost to Jaylen Wells
NOP: Daniel Theis lost to Yves Missi
PHX: Jusuf Nurkic lost to Mason Plumlee (kinda, they acquired Nick Richards for the spot mid-seasons)
POR: Ayton & Grant lost to Clingan & Sharpe
SAC: Kevin Huerter lost to Keon Ellis
SAS: Jeremy Sochan lost to Stephon Castle
ATL: Capela & Hunter lost to Okongwu & Risacher
BOS: Ben Simmons lost to Keon Johnson
CHI: Patrick Williams lost to Matas Buzelis
MIA: Jovic & Rozier lost to Ware & Robinson/Mitchell
MIL: Gary Trent Jr. lost to Kyle Kuzma
So looks like about 18 guys lost their starting jobs last season.

Re: Players who will Lose their Starting Spot before Year-End?
On a quick first glance, I thought you were listing the reasons why they would lose their spot in parenthesis and KCP's reason was he was a coward. Then I read the other options.
