I got so tired of people on this board obsessing over the loss of DFS all summer. It was so irrational. You would have thought he was prime Scottie Pippen the way they were talking about his defense and how much his absence would hurt the Lakers. I said LaRavia was picked up as a younger, cheaper replacement and he'd surprise people.

DFS started out looking really good defensively but by the end of the season he was visibly slower and less impactful and his shot wasn't falling either. I really couldn't understand why he was being so overhyped all of a sudden after leaving the Lakers. He's a good player but very inconsistent. And same can be said for LaRavia.

Yeah…screw this guy. He went hard talking about liking Sac and wanting to be back but the Kings were capped on what they could offer because the Grizz turned down his rookie extension.
