Slovenia bring so bad makes no sense. In the 2000s, they were a stacked national team. They had more talent and depth than Germany has now.
These FIBA qualifier windows have shown for quite some time now, that the only Euopean national team programs that have any real player depth at all, are Spain, France, and Greece.
