Deni should get to the Allstar game based on how he has gone at OKC and been the only one giving that whole squad trouble in two games!

OKC knew Deni was coming and he bust their @$$ second time and had the best stat line I have seen against them at full strength! .

True, that was nuts! I'd like to see him make the team but I'd also like us to get a good draft pick, lol.Sorry Bulls fans. Maybe next year?

The draft picks they still have are scary.

Clippers are basically worse than the Nets who traded all their draft picks for aging KG/Pierce

Last season, this team was figuring out how to play without several key players and Daigs was still raw as a coach. That's when they were beatable.

This season, they barely miss a beat when key players are out and their coaching is going to be better in the postseason. A more mature, better-coached version of last year's 68-win team is running through the league and I don't see anyone stopping them.

The one piece that they haven't figured out yet is that they rely a little too much on SGA for offense. That's about the only weak spot because it depends on Shai getting a favorable whistle at key moments or for the defense to play him too softly out of fear of the whistle, which did happen enough last playoffs. When that formula did not work out in the playoffs, OKC looked vulnerable.

Houston look too big, too skillful, too athletic for anyone to win 4 out of 7 against.
And Durant and Şengün score with more ease than any duo I've ever seen!

So in short, Thunder can win whatever they want in the regular season, but can they beat Houston in 7?
The 68 win Thunder probably wouldn't have beaten Indiana if Haliburton had played 27 minutes instead of 7 minutes in Game 7...

Plus its harder to win a 2nd championship, as the 1992 Bulls won 67 games and were pushed to 7 by the Knicks, 6 by the Cavs, 6 by Portland.
Whereas the 1991 Bulls only won 61 games, but cruised through everybody, only lost 2 games in the whole playoffs!

I have OKC finishing at around 65 wins, so no on both counts for the regular season record. Title? We'll see I guess but I had to vote yes to that as a fan.

OKC openly said last season that they had to win more games because Cleveland was going all out to get a 65+ win season of their own. In the end they settled at 64, and OKC barely clinched the first seed with a week to go or so in the regular season.

I don't have anyone in the league besides OKC getting a 60 win season this time around(I had Denver up there before the Gordon and Braun injuries), so they really don't have the incentive to push for a big win total.

Keep in mind that the 73 win GSW season wouldn't even happen if it wasn't for the 67 win Spurs that season.

I don't think they'll just rest everyone all of a sudden, but sense of urgency is a big thing when it comes to winning NBA games. When March rolls around and things go haywire all across the league, if OKC has a big lead they'll just pedal it down a notch.

I will probably say no, just because I don't believe Chet will be healthy enough to play 75+ games.

But will be interesting.
