He's terrible. I just saw him front Paul and then get beat for a last second shot to put the heat down by 20. Wade also has carb face. He needs to lay off the burgers.

Lakers beat them by 29 at New Orleans. Seems like teams would follow the blueprint. Allow Paul to score. Stay on Peja. Rebound. simple.

So if Shaq dunks on Ben Wallace one time it makes Ben Wallace a terrible defender?

I wonder if Hubie Brown still thinks the Heat can comeback.

Well yeah that may be true but you can't deny that they are extremly talented and you can't deny their record. They are a top 5 team in the West lead by an outstanding point guard and they gel really nicely.

Bobby Jackson and Chris Paul are a combined 15-15, 8-8 from 3. Oh, 20 assists too.

(Paul has 16)

If it were that simple we'd be winless.

Well, duh. The team defense is awful, because there isn't a concept.

However, we're talking about an individual player.

Let me ask you a question: What do you think about LBJ as a defender?

You gotta admit, Miami isn't doing anything at all. But NO is a elite team imo. Paul is my MVP pick.

Funny how Lakers think they're the first to use that. Most teams try that but usually one or two of the streaky Hornets (Pargo, West, Peja, Peterson) gets hot anyways and they defend well enough to win. But the Lakers are a bestial team and were firing on all cylinders.

The Lakers actually played a sub-par game offensively, but kept the Hornets to 80 points which is pretty good defensively. Maybe the Hornets were rusty after 4 days off, but the Lakers were on a back to back...

Whoever scouted Luke Jackson for Cleveland & thought he was capable of being a lottery selection should be crucified. Honestly, he's probably one of the worse players in NBA history. Fun to watch though, well, at least funny.....
