They have way too many defensive weapons to throw at Curry. I wasnt impressed like most were at the Warriors beating a mediocre Portland team. Raptors in 6

Potentially underrated storyline for this Finals matchup, besides Kawhi getting revenge on the Warriors, is that Curry is back in Toronto, where he first starting getting into competitive basketball when Del was on the Raptors.

Curry led his team to a provincial championship.

this is just regular season stats for now. I'll do a playoffs stats one tommorrow.

I do think the raps have a solid advantage right through the lineup with Durant out, especially with Playoffs Kawhi showing that Regular Season Kawhi was just going at 50%.

Raps play more suffocating defense than Portland. And if Raps secondary players are hitting their shots like they were in the ECF, then it could be trouble for the Warriors b/c the Warriors (generally) seem to give some space like Milwaukee does on defense.

Raps did a good job of pushing the Bucks into a more half-court offensive game. Should be interesting to see if they do the same against the Warriors, though the Warriors are even more dangerous offensively.

If Raps were to go up 2-0 against the Warriors, I'd still be holding my breath, just based on how this ECF went. Gonna have to wait to see how, at least, Game 3 shakes up before I can really consider Toronto in the clear.

I expect Raps to put up a tough fight. But i'm going to withhold predicting how this series will go against a team like the Warriors. I'm confident in my Raptors, but I'm not delusional about the Warriors' capabilities either.

hey there's no guarantees. warriors could whomp them.

but I do like my stats and I have to give an honest take as to what they're saying about these two rosters right now.

remember, before this ECF many if not most were actually picking the Bucks to beat the Warriors. And we just whumped the Bucks. Most people are choosing to believe that means that the Bucks weren't as good as they thought, instead of choosing to believe that the Raps are better than they thought. That's just a choice, though.

Is KD going to play or not? What about Iguodala?

Some very reactionary takes. Toronto has a stifling defensive team that will cause problems for the Warriors - Siakam on Draymond worries me because of his athleticism, and a locked in Kawhi can also do some freelancing/guarding Curry/Klay in crunch time. Toronto's offensive potential, on the other side, is also concerning considering their postseason so far. I have faith in the Warriors turning it into a Kawhi isolation show, which completely suits me with Klay/Draymond/Iguodala rotating on him.

This will be a surprisingly low scoring series. I've got Warriors in 7 - assuming Durant/Cousins don't return. Either way, I'm excited because this is a great matchup for both teams, and if Toronto wins I won't even be mad, those fans and the franchise would have earned it.

What really inspires me about this Raps team is that they really look like they are peaking at the perfect time.

They've just been getting better and better as the playoffs have gone on. We're building momentum in every direction and figuring out new ways to use our players.

Hopefully we get OG back, so we have a bit more fresh legs to throw out there when we need a couple extra minutes off the bench

I have Warriors in 6. Raps will win at least 1 of the first 2 and maybe game 5. If the Raptors manage to somehow push it to 7 though I will give them an equal chance in game 7.

They will be motivated to win their first title. Add in home court advantage. So if/when this does come down to a game 7, they have the crowd and the drive to win.

Dubs have been there and done that... the drive will not be there. Curry is also notorious for choking in the finals. This will be one for the ages.

No offense, but you're a bench warmer who reg'd in 2017. Not much at stake there.

If you can determine games like this the Sixers should of beat the Raptors in 4.

only if you continue to underrate Lowry and Siakam and Gasol, and overrate Simmons and Harris.

Kawhi > Embiid
Lowry = Butler
Siakam = Simmons
Gasol > Harris
Green > Redick
