I don't generalize fan bases bud.

Maybe you're missing the insane number of Raptors fans crying that the refs cost them the game just like Houston fans?

Those are individuals and I call out them out (individually) more than most on this board. To the point where I bet my RealGM account on the outcome of the Philly series, after game 3. Guess who's still posting on this board.

I think raps messed up quite a bit, letting them go on that 18-0 and missing wide open looks but other then that, if Lowry can stop being an idiot on some of those fouls and refs not trying to take over the game, raps should be fine.

It'll be tough in Oakland though, usually, guys just shoot better at home so lets see.

LOL Warriors with no KD, Cousins coming back from injury, Iguodala hobbled, Klay leaving during the game, and you're still crying. Gasol, Siakam, and Leonard are all all star caliber players with all-nba defense caliber play.

BTW, did you know the Raptors shot 3 more free throws than the Warriors.

YA BRO IT WAS THE REFS

Well klay was the better 3 point shooter and that's what made him more efficient tonight. Kawhi struggled from the 3 point line and still had 34 points on 20 shots and 28 possessions, that's still very good.

I dont even care. Im just annoyed that as obsessed as people are with efficiency these days, no one seems to stop and consider that if you shot free throws, its usually because you attempted to use a possession to score. And when we reference shot attempts re: efficiency, what we're really just talking about is possessions used.

TS% does treat free throws as possessions all be it they use a standardized version of it which can be off. So a harden who gets fouled on 3's actually has his TS% understated. So at least normal discussions do tend to account for this.

Guess you missed the 1st quarter bud when the Raps got all the calls.

BTW, for the game Raptors shot 3 more FT than the W's. I don't want to hear anymore ref crying.

Klay played like 32 minutes and scored 25? Raps heavily outplayed Warriors when he went out? Maybe watch the game next time lol.

Watched the game, Warriors 18-0 run to open the 3rd Q.

Choke, choke, choke. See reality bro.

Watch the game again then lmao. Klay was playing while the Warriors went on that 18-0 run.

I was just responding to the idea that the Raptors didn't choke, not when Klay was in or out. C'mon, you cannot deny the Raptors choked. 18-0 to open the 3rd is about as bad a choke job gets.

The warriors do this 3rd quarter thing ALL the time. I'd not call that choking of other teams...it's some magic voodoo they do.

This loss is gonna haunt the raps if they lose this series. Reffing was stupid in the first half (foster, Malloy and brothers, what did you expect) but the raps couldn’t make a shot to save their life in the first 6 mins of the 3rd. Then they somehow climb back in it with a box+1 zone defense down the stretch (wish they’d have done it earlier), and miss wide open 3s to cut into the lead. And then on the iggy 3, they don’t foul in time and that’s the game.

All that to say, the raps **** themselves, and still had a chance to win if they would make a shot. Series ain’t over but I think GS wins game 3, and game 4 is a toss-up that decides the series. If KD is still out, my main adjustments would be to let GS’s bigs shoot, instead of contests and letting them beat you off the dribble. If cousins beats me from 3, I live with that.

Also, I hope this means foster, Malloy, and brothers won’t work game 3, cause yikes.

Warriors were desperate tonight knowing they can't be down 0-2 without Durant in game 3 and still only won by 5 points despite lowry's foul trouble and bad play? This is still going 7 games as long as Lowry does not keep getting fouled out and play like he did last round.

Ya it is magic, I agree... but when was the last time you played in something competitively? Do you remember the feeling of a win starting to slip away when you are ahead? When your opponent suddenly is ON and has you on the ropes, that is when champions reset themselves mentally, dig in, and PUSH BACK. So while I agree the Warriors are amazing in the 3rd Q in general, the Raps looked like a team on the ropes mentally.

Still crying about the refs?? They are sole reason game was close in the 2nd half. They gave out a tech in the 4th come on. Quit crying and wipe the tears away they starting to stain.

Well that's part of being great...being able to do that. That said the raptors were the better 4th quarter team. They just couldn't push themselves that last inch.
