I know there is a lot of Simmons hate right now and I get why, but the Nets doctors were the ones that said he had a herniated disc, not him just saying so and not playing. Sometimes, the tin foil hats need to come off.

The man had the same injury in Feb 2020...A back injury(herniated disk) is not exactly a 'sprain ankle'.
Ben Simmons would have clearly played, had the series been 2-1..Why risk him down 0-3 in the 1st round with KD probably playing with an undisclosed injury and Kyrie Fasting?
I cant recall any of Shaq, Charles, Reggie playing with a back injury
Bc you just said he clearly would've played had the series been 2-1.. That's whyash_k wrote:Childs wrote:

Because he is clearly milking it for all it's worth. The dude is being a big baby.

? Dude you have not followed this man his whole career. He is the most vapid, fake player there is. All her cares about is his image, which is now tarnished.ash_k wrote:eyeatoma wrote:ash_k wrote:I dont understand their takes.

I don't know how anyone can milk a herniated disk... 76ers fans like yourself should remember that Milwaukee game when everything started.

Which means the injury isn't all that serious, if it even exists at all

At this point people are just piling on having made up their mind without knowing jack **** about the situation.

But it was his decision, not the teams. He came in after the last workout and said that his back flared up again. The team was disappointed
