No crap he got fouled. They didn’t call it. Deal with it.

Then why did they call a weaker foul on Brown to tie the game on the previous play? Either you swallow the whistle or you don’t.

Heck, you can potentially have 3 on the sidelines looking at videos and just 1 on the court giving back the info.

Plus, no more 3 refs looking at a video replay to get a call right for way too long. Someone else can make that call. What a waste of time.

Lebron also travels like 8 times per game and commits approx 5-6 offensive fouls per game. He's not victim to a swallowed whistle campaign.

Also no guarantee that Lebron makes either freethrow.

So it’s Ok then to whack
a shooter in the arm since the refs aren’t going to call it anyway???

Nice logic.

Nah. Just have a feeling that the refs would rather get it wrong and watch Luka or Lebron crying on their hands and knees rather than be fooled by a flop on national TV.

I think in other scenarios, depending on who drove the ball, that whistles gets blown. But certain players cry after every missed layup. They de-legitamize themselves.

Is this LeBron disrespect, or Tatum over-respect + home cooking?

Now? Yes.

Or should I say it's been obvious over the past few yrs, namely since he got to LA that the refs haven't heard Too Short's song "Blow The Whistle".

He's the perimeter version of Shaq, he could literally get a call nearly every play due to his size but the refs feel like he should be able to handle the fouls.

But Pat Bev did. Why was the tech at beginning of OT and not end of regulation? And would Lebron tech have resulted with the same free throw outcome?

It’s crazy how he has given so much to the nba and yet people can get away fouling him in critical minutes.

I'd say the top 3 of my lifetime are Lebron, Giannis, Shaq.

The bigger and stronger the player, the more the NBA allows other players to abuse them.

The lakers hate in RealGM is unreal. The refs have even admitted that they missed the obvious foul call and yet some shameless posters are acting like it never happened or wouldn’t have affected the outcome. Pathetic

It was a foul. It was also one of the few times Tatum has gotten a favorable whistle. Dude is constantly mugged and doesn't get calls. The difference is if Tatum threw a tantrum like LeBron did he would have been tossed from the game.

I am not going to feel bad when LeBron has been getting a favorable whistle for 2 decades

It's sad to see Lebron making a hurculean effort at age 38 to will his team to the playoffs only to get screwed by an end of game, no-call like that.

It's honestly bizarre what a poor whistle LeBron has been getting for most of his career, especially in the last years. He averages only 7.8 FTA per game for his career which for the best slasher of all time who's played heavy minutes and taken plenty of shots every year is much lower than expected. His highest single season foul drawing rate is 0.506, which is very good, but significantly worse than all but one of Embiid's season averages and 8 season averages of Harden. LeBron's career foul drawing rate is 0.394, while Harden's is 0.521. And before you say "LeBron is old, he is not driving much anymore", even in his athletic prime his foul drawing rate was never at prime Harden or Embiid's level of well over 50%, it was in between 40 and 47%. And he still drives a lot even at his current age, this year 30% of his shots are at the rim and he has attempted over 8 layups per game but shoots only 6.2 FTs per game.

The LeBron resentment I'm reading in response to him getting hosed is unattractive and unhealthy....

Game has a lot of ramifications

Damn already heard sources say Celtics ain’t winning no title this year

With all the backlash I can see why they made the decision

Damn so it’s Gianni’s again, sucks to know this and have time and money spent watching the rest of the season
Stop being so disrespectful.

Poor LeBron. It's so sad how he gets SOOO disrespected. He'll never amount to anything at the rate he's going! Just tragic.
