BI is a real problem in this league

He would be a more consistent problem if he learned how to draw fouls. Just look at the difference tonight.

BI: 29 FGAs with just 3 FTAs
Dame: 22 FGAs with 16 FTAs

All the elite scorers are also elite at drawing fouls. BI still tends to try his best to avoid contact. Even the Pels commentators have been talking about this as of late. BI needs to do a better job at selling contact.

Ya dont get me wrong, as a fan of his game I enjoy the way he plays. Really his only "draw foul" move he does is the pump fake from the mid range and let a guy jump into him. Either than that, he's not throwing his body into guys when he drives with the 1st thought of getting contact and making the basket is just a secondary thought. He's the opposite, he's going to contort his body and try and make the shot. And I find that much more enjoyable to watch.

But when talking strictly from an efficiency standpoint, its not good. With how well he shoots FTs now, if he got to the line 3-4 more times a game, his numbers would look drastically better. But ya his game wouldnt be as fun to watch.

I wasn't able to watch the game tonight. Were they the black and turquoise ones? If so, that's to represent the carpet at PDX international airport which is rather distinct.

I hate the uniforms, honestly.

Also look at this amazing stealth tank for the Blazers! A game that was a tossup! Against a team competing to try to get into the playoffs/play-in!
