He's playing on one of the deepest rosters in the league. If he was drafted by the Wizards or the Jazz, he would be playing.

He's playing on one of the deepest rosters in the league. If he was drafted by the Wizards or the Jazz, he would be playing.
Are the heat really that deep? Particularly in his position? If he can't beat out Thomas Bryant or Highsmith then he simply isn't ready yet. I still think he'll be a good pick as the season progresses and he gets worked into the heat system.

It's a small sample though. If he goes 0 for 4 next game then he's shooting equivalent to Thybulle did as a rookie from 3.
But the shot does look fairly solid.
Regardless, seems like a guy you take at 15-20 given how good he is defensively.

I thought his shooting was going to be more like Roberson. I.e. non existent 3 point shooting.
If he even average 33% 3P% on 3 to 4 attempt a game this season, I would find that highly encouraging based on his supposed weakness during the draft.
